Offering ultrahigh-resolution conversion, two pro-grade preamps, and a powerful software package, for vocalists, musicians, producers, and podcasters in home studios and mobile setups, the PreSonus Studio 26c desktop 2×4 USB audio/MIDI interface blends studio-quality sonic performance, liberating portability and refreshing ease of use.

With selectable 48V phantom power and two XMAX-L solid-state mic preamps fed via XLR-1/4″ combo inputs, the Presonus Studio 26c Usb Audio Interface can accommodate any source from condenser microphones and active DI boxes to electric instruments and line-level mixer outputs with clarity and natural tonality. All inputs and outputs feature quality converters that can operate at resolutions up to 24-bit / 192 kHz without sacrificing channel count or interface functionality.

XMAX-L Microphone Preamps

The Presonus Studio 26c two XMAX-L solid-state mic preamps are designed to perform optimally on bus power, allowing you to take great sound with you wherever you record. With switchable 48V phantom power, XLR-1/4″ combo inputs, and a line/instrument switch.

High-Resolution Converters

Resolutions up to 24-bit / 192 kHz, the Studio 26c is equipped to perform AD/DA conversion

Headphone and Monitor Outputs

The interface has two 1/4″ main line/monitor outputs and stereo headphone output, you can easily hook up a pair of speakers and studio headphones and independently adjust their volume levels via separate knobs on the front panel. The A/B button toggles between each mix (out 1-2 and 3-4) while listening in on headphones.

DC-Coupled Outputs

All four line outputs on the Studio 26c are DC-coupled, allowing them to send MIDI sync and sequencer data from your DAW as CV (control voltage) to external analog synthesizers and drum modules.

Direct Monitoring

The Studio 26c features a straightforward direct-monitor function. Just press the Mon button on the front panel to enable direct monitoring, which mixes the latency-free analog input signal with the return from your computer.

MIDI I/O

Integration of MIDI equipment is no problem for the Studio 26c. Interface offers traditional 5-pin MIDI I/O for straightforward connectivity with common gear such as a MIDI keyboard controller, synthesizer, or drum machine.

Bus Powered over USB

Travel light with the Studio 26c. powered via a USB connection to your Mac or Windows computer, so you don’t need to bring an external power supply. Two USB cables are included for proper hookup to USB Type-C or Type-A ports.
