Behringer NX6000D Overview

With the Behringer NX6000D, a 2 RU, two-channel 6000W amplifier that has a built-in DSP speaker processor and SmartSense impedance compensation that provides a linear response at any speaker load impedance, you can give your speakers everything they need. The amplifier has a zero-attack limiter that offers incredibly dependable overload safety at the maximum output level.

The NX3000D gives you choice when setting up your sound system by delivering 3000W into 4 ohms and 1600W into 8 ohms. Advanced crossovers, delay, EQ, and dynamics processing are all included in the integrated DSP. Two combo XLR-1/4″ inputs are used for inputs, while NL4 speakON speaker connections are used for speaker outputs. For the best speaker control, connect to a PC and use the free NX EDIT app, or program the DSP using the onboard amber illuminated display. There is a power cord provided.

NX DSP

The NX6000D amplifier is ready to use straight out of the box for sound engineers that need high-level control capability. With a very wide dynamic range, the integrated DSP and 24-bit/96 kHz converters provide the highest level of signal integrity. Advanced delay, dynamics processing, EQ (8 parametric, 2 dynamic), crossover (3 filter types, up to 48 dB/octave), and lockable security settings are all included in the DSP area. You can configure and tune the amplifier directly without a computer thanks to a handy front-panel LCD display.
