Sennheiser EW 135P G4-B Camera-Mount Wireless Microphone System Overview

With its tried-and-true blend of dependability, adaptability, and broadcast-quality sound, the Sennheiser EW 135P G4-B camera-mount wireless handheld microphone system has become the industry standard for journalists, videographers, and content creators worldwide.

With the EW 135P G4-B, you’ll have the flexibility to overcome any wireless obstacles that may come up on set. The transmitter has an adjustable capsule design that lets you switch out mic capsules with different polar patterns to fit your needs, and the frequency scan feature automatically looks for the cleanest frequency at your location.

The system comes with a camera-mount receiver and a modernized, lightweight handheld transmitter with an MMD 835 cardioid capsule—perfect for times when you need to swiftly pass the microphone between many persons or don’t have time to set up a lavalier mic. The receiver can be used to record clear audio for a variety of purposes, such as corporate and wedding movies, red carpet interviews, and man-on-the-street recordings in noisy settings. It can be connected to a DSLR or mirrorless camera.

Because of the EW 135P G4’s backward compatibility with earlier evolution systems, you can combine bodypack, handheld, plug-on, and G4/G3/G2/G1 receivers with other types of transmitters. Additionally, it works with EW 500 systems.

Additional Features

  • Adaptive-diversity reception for reliable transmission up to 330′
  • 46 MHz bandwidth with 1680 tunable UHF frequencies for clean reception
