With a front-firing port that provides low-end extension, punch, and flexible room positioning, the KRK ROKIT 5 G5 is the fifth generation of the well-liked monitor series. It is perfect for nearfield monitoring and comes with a 5″ woofer, a 1″ silk-dome tweeter, and three voicing modes: Create, Mix, and Focus.

With 25 graphic EQ settings on an LCD and DSP-driven room tuning, along with the KRK app that comes with it, the ROKIT 5 G5 has been completely redesigned to provide modern capabilities that help reduce and fix issues with your acoustic surroundings. With its 55W of Class-D amplification and bi-amped design, the ROKIT 5 G5 Monitor speaker has sufficient power to reproduce audio material dynamically and with accurate transient response without taxing the drivers.

ROKIT G5 has three useful voicing modes

  • Create mode: an inspirational voicing best used for writing, producing, and casual listening
  • Mix mode: an accurate voicing with a flat frequency response, best for mixing, mastering, and critical listening
  • Focus mode: a mid-focused voicing for critical analysis of the midrange band where vocals and most instruments have the most energy
