Osprey Video SDI to USB Video Capture Device (USED)

Osprey’s 97-21422 USB Video Bridge capture device provides a simple way to get 3G-SDI video on to your computer, and then wherevr else you need it.

Connect a source to the Osprey’s BNC jack, connect the Osprey to your computer via USB, choose software or manual mode, hit play on the source, and the video appears on your computer. Whether you’re running Windows, Linux, or Mac OS X, there are no driver requirements, this is truly plug and play. Software control mode lets the capture software provide all available rates and resolutions. If you prefer more control, choose manual mode to pre-select the frame rate and resolution. Whatever suits you.

A “Follow Input” selection passes the input 1 to 1 to the host PC, and there’s also a loopout connection in addition to the SDI main feed. To add more convenience, the input/output resolutions and frame rates are displayed on the unit’s LCD screen.
