JBL LSR310S Subwoofer Overview

In need of a top-notch subwoofer for your recording studio? Take a look at the JBL LSR310S, a 200W Class-D subwoofer designed to fit perfectly in the 3 Series speakers from JBL. It’s ideal for usage in postproduction, mix, recording, and 5.1 surround applications. With a 10″ speaker and JBL’s Slip Stream Port, the subwoofer can produce 113 dB of peak output.

Selectable Extended Low Frequency (XLF)

You can utilize the JBL LSR310S to offer a sonic representation of how your tracks will sound in the club by enhancing the low-frequency response prevalent in many dance clubs with its adjustable Extended Low Frequency (XLF) effect. In addition, Subwoofer features three crossover settings—80 Hz, XLF (120 Hz), and external—that enable the use of an external crossover. It also has a customizable input sensitivity.

JBL Patented Slip Stream Port

The LSR310S low-frequency driver and this proprietary JBL port design combine to provide deep, dramatic bass response across all playback settings. The port’s double-flared form is carefully designed to maximize low-frequency extension.

XLF Extended Low Frequency Setting

A carefully designed tuning that mimics the abundant bass tuning seen in today’s dance clubs is activated via the XLF setting. The XLF setting will help you get creative and give you some influence over the club scene when you’re producing a dance music. Place the LSR310S in the closest corner of your space and turn on the XLF setting for maximum inspiration.

Custom 10″ Down-Firing High Excursion Low Frequency Driver

JBL Transducers have an illustrious performance history. The LSR310S’s specially engineered driver, which delivers 113 dB peak output for extended periods of time at full rated power without any risk of failure and deep low frequency response into the 20 Hz range, is a prime example of JBL’s engineering skill.

Selectable Input Sensitivity

The -10 dBV / +4 dBu sensitivity switch ensures compatibility with a broad range of signal sources, allowing you to connect the LSR310S to high-output professional equipment without any danger of input overload.
