Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Studio 4th Generation Overview
The Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Studio 4th Generation bundle lets you record your first song right out of the box. It comes with a 4th generation Scarlett 2i2 interface, the company’s CM25 MkIII large-diaphragm, cardioid condenser mic for recording vocals and instruments, an XLR mic cable, closed-back SH-450 headphones for precise monitoring, and a full recording toolkit that includes Ableton Live Lite, Pro Tools Artist, and Focusrite’s Hitmaker Expansion software bundle.
Recording Studio in a Box
No matter where they go, musicians and creators can capture high-quality audio without any learning curve thanks to the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (4th Generation) 2-in / 2-out USB-C audio interface, which offers a powerful combination of high-quality sound and user-friendliness in a compact and portable format for recording, podcasting, and streaming. To fully utilize your microphones, the 4th Generation model includes new ultra-low-noise microphone preamps with up to 69 dB of gain.
New 4Th Gen Features
The updated 24-bit / 192 kHz AD/DA converters match the quality of a professional studio with a wide dynamic range up to 120 dB. Every take is a keeper thanks to the new Auto Gain mode, which automatically adjusts your recording level and the Clip Safe mode, which automatically keeps your signal from clipping. Podcasters, players, YouTubers, and streamers can combine audio from other computer apps while recording through the interface by using the Loopback feature. Now that it can function independently of a computer, the 2i2 4th Generation is advantageous for live events and scenarios where it is used for observation alone.
