Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3 White
Styled in a sleek white finish, the Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3 White is an ultracompact keyboard controller designed for the traveling musician and the desktop producer. It is an upgrade over the previous iteration in several key ways.
Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3 White revised keybed gives it a more substantial feel, to start. Vital input on DAW mode selection, velocity level, CC, and other crucial parameters is provided by a new OLED display. The eight touchpads feel familiar yet innovative at the same time because this model incorporates the pads from the company’s flagship MPC range.
The Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3 White still has 25 velocity-sensitive synth-action tiny keys, 8 assignable Q-Link knobs, and a 4-way thumbstick for adjusting pitch and modulation. The MPK Mini’s variety of hardware controllers enable recording, composition, and performance anytime and anywhere an idea arises.
For expressive playing and recording, there’s an integrated sustain pedal input (pedal not included). The integrated arpeggiator facilitates the creation of complex melodic lines with configurable resolution, range, and modes. Additionally, users can use technology from Akai Professional’s MPC workstation series with MPC Note Repeat and Full Level. You don’t need to download any drivers for this class compliant device because it has a USB Type-B connector. Just connect the controller to your computer via USB, and you’re ready to go.
