The PreSonus Eris Studio 8 is an active 2-way studio monitor that offers a wide stereo field and an expanded and highly accurate frequency response. Its custom-designed EBM (Elliptical Boundary Modeled) waveguide, which offers a broad sweet spot, is sure to impress audio engineers, producers, and musicians seeking a professional studio monitor with a wide stereo image. Both professional mix rooms and home studios can benefit greatly from the use of this powerful studio monitor.

New And Improved

The 8″ woven composite woofer receives 75W from two Class-AB amplifiers, while the 1.25-inch silk dome tweeter, which provides a precise and quick transient response, receives 65W. With a frequency response spanning from 20 kHz to 35 Hz, the monitor provides ample loudness (105 dB SPL) and full-range sound without the need for a subwoofer. A three-position Acoustic Space switch on the rear panel helps counteract the boundary bass boost that often happens when a monitor is positioned against a wall or in a corner. Other acoustic tuning adjustments are also included. Incorporating a subwoofer into your monitor setup is made simple by a low cutoff filter, and high and mid settings help to further reduce room anomalies.
