The PreSonus Eris Sub 8BT is an 8-inch active subwoofer that front-facing and is intended to compliment full-range monitors such as the Eris Studio 3.5 or Studio 5 by expanding the frequency range of your music production studio. By include a subwoofer in your monitor setup, you can hear the low-frequency base of your mix with greater accuracy, which helps you produce more translatable mixes and make more informed decisions.

Deliver Where It Matters

A 50W RMS Class-AB amplifier powers the 8″ composite woofer in the Eris Sub 8BT, which has a frequency response of 30 to 200 Hz and a maximum SPL of 103 dB. A wide range of controls, including input gain, a switchable high-pass filter that eliminates content below 80 Hz from the full-range signal sent to the monitors, and a continuously variable low-pass filter for a smooth crossover transition, are available on the rear panel of the subwoofer.
